In order to address any request, complaint, grievance, or suggestion that may arise during the implementation of WCS projects in Colombia, we provide access to the MAQR system (Grievance Redress Mechanism).
This system is designed to strengthen direct participation and facilitate communication with the general public. All information submitted through this mechanism is handled by a specialized WCS team, ensuring full confidentiality and appropriate processing.
