Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety Management and Professional in Economics, with over 12 years of experience leading the area of human resources and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SG-SST). With extensive knowledge in labor legislation and audits of integrated management systems ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007- ISO 45001. Currently studying Psychology at UNAD and working at WCS in the planning and management of the human resources area, implementing Global HR initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance of the SG-SST.

For more than 10 years he has been conducting research in both marine and inland aquatic ecosystems, specializing in fish and fisheries, he has also developed research with other types of organisms including invertebrates of interest in monitoring water quality or for use as food and commercial resources. In WCS since 2024 he supports projects that are developed in marine and coastal environments that include the protection of species of biological diversity and accompaniment to local communities so that they can make a sustainable use of their resources with proper management and protection of their ecosystems.

His professional interest has focused on the use of information in the management of socio-ecological systems. He is currently Leader of Conservation Areas at WCS Colombia, supporting processes to expand conservation areas and the implementation of the SMART (spatial monitoring and reporting tool) to strengthen the management of research data. and monitoring in the National System of Protected Areas.

She is a biologist from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with a master's degree in Environmental Management from the Universidad de los Andes. She works in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of restoration and conservation projects in different ecosystems in Colombia, such as paramos, tropical dry forests, savannas and Andean forests. Her initiatives harmoniously integrate agriculture and forestry, aiming to improve productivity, restore ecosystems, and conserve biodiversity, particularly in the Colombian Amazon region, particularly in the department of Putumayo. Since 2024, she has been with WCS Colombia as a technical liaison for the GEF Integrated Management of the Putumayo-Içá River Basin project, supporting fieldwork and working closely with rural communities.

He received an MSc in Biological Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where he studied the systematics and evolution of morphology in a group of the genus Pristimantis. His current professional interest is related with the taxonomy, systematics, natural history and conservation of amphibians and reptiles in the Colombian Andes. He presently supports the strategy for amphibian conservation in Colombia’s Natural National Parks.
